Ribbon Cutting Held for New Chef & Menu at Asbury’s at Seneca Caverns

There is a new chef in town/county! Matt Hollier is a native of Morgantown, WV and brings 15 years experience in the food and hospitality to Asbury’s at Seneca Caverns. Matt’s favorite thing about Pendleton County so far is the people; as a ‘newbie’ to the County he says he can already feel the sense of community with his co-workers and his interactions with locals. Matt’s excited to work with local food producers to showcase what ‘local cuisine’ is about. His personal favorite on the menu is currently the crabcakes – pictured below (and we tend to agree!).

Celebrating the new Chef and menu at a ribbon cutting were: Pendleton County EDA Executive Director Laura Brown; Jennifer Raines; Debbie Burnes; Debbie Bogan; Chef Matt Hollier; Kasey Raines; Pendleton County CVB & Chamber Executive Director Ciara Warner

Look for their Easter special this weekend: slowly roasted prime rib with apple and onion slaw.
