Recently Franklin Florist cut their ceremonial ribbon to make it official. Franklin Florist is a floral and gift shop, previously owned by Franklin natives, Carol Lee and Sue Sponaugle. Justin and Melinda Bowers also will be continuing automobile sales adjacent to the storefront with Justin Bowers at Paul Obaugh Ford.
