Pendleton County officials will use this broadband survey and speed test to collect information from the general public about broadband availability and speeds. Members of the general public are encouraged to contribute information about broadband at various County locations (homes or businesses) through the below survey. The purpose of this survey and speed test is to increase the availability of broadband services available to Pendleton County users and provide the WV Broadband Council with information about Pendleton’s availability.
