The Grant County Development Authority and Pendleton County Development Authority are happy to share a project that has been in the works over the last few months. As they work towards strengthening our region through partnerships and capitalizing on opportunities, Grant and Pendleton Counties will be joining forces to create a joint development authority. The new development authority will be created from WV Code with a shared board of directors representing our region as opposed to separate counties.
